Global investors – We're proud to be backed by Brookfield and part of the HomeServe Group Job Responsibilities: As a Heating and Renewables Technical Executive at Zuno, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting client needs, and contributing to the company’s growth. Key responsibilities include: Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities to support their needs and drive business growth. Engaging with customers through calls, emails, and live chat, providing tailored guidance in a prompt and efficient manner. Presenting and discussing Zuno's range of offerings, including Boilers, Solar, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, and EV solutions. Clearly communicating the benefits of our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions and supporting long-term engagement. Collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective feedback integration. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, pipelines, and performance metrics within the CRM system. Keeping informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to ensure Zuno remains competitive. Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or commercial role, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs. Experience using CRM systems to manage customer information and track engagement. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt approach based on customer feedback and changing market conditions. IT literate, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Email, and Word. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to workload management. Strong listening skills and familiarity with general office systems, including digital filing. Success Criteria: Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, contributing to overall business growth. Deliver an excellent customer experience, maintaining a strong reputation for Zuno.
