The Job (Simple and Honest)

Take passengers safely and comfortably from A to B
Be approachable, friendly, and professional
Keep your coach clean, tidy, and looking smart (yes, inside and out)
Deliver great customer service on varied work – day trips, private hire, and new routes
In short: drive well, be cheerful, and keep the coach looking spick and span.

Pay & Progression

Starting rate: £15.00 per hour
Pay rises based on attitude, reliability, and performance

What We’re Looking For (Yes, This Stuff Matters)

PCV licence for a minimum of 2 years – insurance won’t let newbies loose
Must know how to drive a bus or coach – yes, it matters
Able to speak to passengers – they’re lovely and sometimes give tips if you’re nice
Able to follow a Sat Nav – unless you know every road in the UK like a walking A to Z
Able to clean a coach – inside and out; we like to look smart (and smell nice too)
