THE OPPORTUNITY

• Involvement in a broad range of corporate M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals and investments.
• Exposure to private equity-backed deals, working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers.
• Opportunity to support on management buy-outs, joint ventures and group restructurings.
• Early responsibility with direct client contact and meaningful involvement in transactions from the outset.
• Working within a high-performing and supportive team known for developing junior talent.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Qualified solicitor or due to qualify with 0-1 years’ PQE.
• Strong seat experience in corporate law, ideally with exposure to M&A transactions.
• A genuine interest in transactional, deal-led work.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a leading corporate team.
