Premises Manager - Primary School in Leeds - ASAP Start!
A welcoming and well-organised primary school in Leeds is seeking a hands-on and dependable Premises Manager to oversee the daily management of its site and ensure a safe and positive environment for pupils and staff.
This is a key operational role within the school and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of site standards and compliance.
The Role
Managing daily maintenance and repair requirements
Ensuring full health & safety compliance
Maintaining statutory documentation and records
Liaising with contractors and overseeing site works
Supporting school events and lettings
Supervising cleaning and site staff where applicable
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous premises or site management experience
Knowledge of school-based compliance requirements
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and solution-focused approach
