Salary - Competitive Salary + Company Car or Car allowance (£7,200)

NEO Property Solutions part of PTSG are an industry leading specialist within the field of Passive Fire protection. Due to expansion and growth we're currently looking to increase our Commercial Team. As an experienced QS reporting to one of our Commercial Managers you will play a key role in our ability to deliver a best in class service to our customers.

Based at our Leeds Head Office and reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will support operational colleagues on commercial matters, agreeing cost estimates with clients, compiling payment applications and tracking progress against forecasts and budgets.

The successful applicant will hold:

• Experience in a similar role on projects for clients operating as a main contractor within the public and third sector

• Effective customer-facing skills and be able to self-manage workloads

• Strong analytical skills demonstrated through a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• A full appreciation of key contract terms including the JCT and NEC Form of Contract

• A clean full driving licence

Key Skills:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (Preferred)

• Experience in a commercial role operating as a main contractor

• Knowledge of passive fire protection and installation works (Not essential)

• Excellent verbal and written communicator

• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge

• Financial and commercial awareness

• Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts
