Knowledge of the NHS. Competent in word processing, spreadsheet packages (Excel is used in the department) and databases (Datix is used in the department). Good written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to delivering quality services. Importance of maintaining confidentiality. Well organised, able to prioritise and to work on own initiative.
