Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team in delivering high-calibre support across all Science disciplines

• Oversee the maintenance of the prep room and laboratories to an outstanding quality

• Manage the departmental budget for chemicals, equipment, and livestock

• Conduct regular Health & Safety audits and maintain meticulous compliance records

• Facilitate professional development for junior technical staff

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant experience in school science technical support

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage complex logistics

• Strong knowledge of CLEAPSS and Health & Safety legislation

• Must have the right to work in the UK
