Real Estate Legal Secretary

I am looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Secretary to join a large, highly successful real estate team based in the heart of Leeds city centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and well-established department, working to support a team of accomplished real estate lawyers on a wide range of commercial property matters.
The role will include:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the real estate team
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, meetings and client communications
- Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with billing, expenses and general departmental administration
- Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within real estate or property law
- Strong typing and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team environment
- Salary up to £30,000, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
- Office-based role in Leeds city centre, with the option of hybrid working
