Finance Assistant
Our client, based on the outskirts of Leeds is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their fast paced team.

Key Duties of Finance Assistant:
- Managing accounts receivable, daily banking, and reconciliations
- Preparing supplier invoices for payment
- Processing monthly client billing
- Supporting accurate financial records and ledger reconciliations
- Assisting with client onboarding/offboarding and monitoring timesheets
- Completing recurring finance tasks efficiently and professionally
Essential:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Strong system skills including Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with high integrity
