PERM P TIME PRACTICE NURSE GP SURGERY LEEDS

**Part Time Practice Nurse urgently required for a Practice in the Leeds area**

Dream Medical are working with a respected Practice in the Leeds area and urgently require part time Practice Nurse ASAP

Your duties would include undertaking health screening, surveillance, new-patient screens and immunisations. Assess and care for patients presenting with wounds including the removal of sutures and clips and leg ulcer management. Undertake cervical cytology screening on those who are eligible in line with national guidelines. Perform venepuncture , assist with minor surgery. Have experience with respiratory, cytology, dressings and wound care, along with family planning and pill checks.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of nursing care within the clinical areas. You will be patient focused and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as strong organisational skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and will be capable of managing a wide range of activities and changing priorities. As a UK registered nurse you would have significant post registration experience.
This role is part time, 12 hours per week and offer a salary of £10K depending on experience plus additional benefits.
