Learner Recruitment Officer

This is a relationship-driven, community-focused role where your ability to connect with individuals and partners will be key to success. Key responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong partnerships with job centres, community organisations, and referral networks * Identify and engage unemployed individuals who can benefit from training and employability programmes * Act as a key point of contact, providing Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to learners and stakeholders * Support delivery of learner engagement strategies to meet recruitment targets and KPIs * Organise and attend outreach events, community sessions, and engagement activities * Track engagement performance and produce reports to support continuous improvement * Maintain accurate and compliant learner records * Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to learners throughout their journey * Stay up to date with AEB funding rules, sector developments, and programme updates Ideal Candidate You are a proactive and people-focused professional with a passion for helping individuals access opportunities and progress into employment or education.
