Customer Service
We are working with a fantastic company on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for a Customer Service support to join their team during a busy period. This fully office-based role will require the successful applicant to manage a high volume of inbound, customer calls as well as managing all associated administrative tasks.
This is an ongoing temporary role, where the following duties will be included:
- Answering and actioning all incoming calls
- Processing orders
- Dealing with all enquiries
- Updating CRM
- Managing stock levels with warehouse teams
- All ad hoc administrative support
This is a busy, ongoing role, the successful candidate will be able to commit on an ongoing basis to support through this busy period.
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 2 years customer service experience within a phone-based role
- Strong administration experience
- Proficient in all MS Office packages
