The Corporate Partner will be:* Working on a range of corporate transactions including M&A deals
* Advising on corporate reorganisations and strategic business matters * Managing and developing key client relationships * Mentoring junior members of the team * Driving business development and identifying new opportunities * Playing a key role in the growth and direction of the Corporate team * Working with other departments- * Contributing to the firm's wider strategic objectives
