We are seeking a passionate, creative and confident Drama ECT to join an Outstanding mainstream secondary school in Leeds . This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Drama Teacher to begin their career within a supportive and professionally nurturing performing arts environment.
As a Drama Teacher , you will deliver engaging, practical and inspiring lessons across KS3 and KS4 , with opportunities for KS5 as your career progresses. The department benefits from a dedicated theatre space, studio facilities, lighting and sound equipment, and a strong culture of enrichment through productions, showcases and drama clubs.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Drama, Performing Arts or related discipline
PGCE with QTS
Training to teach Drama to KS3/4
Strong understanding of performance, devising and script work
Enthusiasm for extracurricular drama and whole-school arts participation
Salary
This Drama ECT role will be paid to scale in line with MPS1 .
