About the Role
The school is looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach at KS5 for a suitably experienced candidate. The department follows a broad and ambitious curriculum designed to develop analytical thinking, confident communication, and a genuine love of literature.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan schemes of work, moderate assessments, and implement targeted intervention strategies to ensure strong student progress. The school has clear behaviour systems in place, allowing teachers to focus on high-quality teaching and learning.

• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Degree in English or a related discipline
• Ability to teach English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
