Progress property sales from offer to completion within a cash buying model
Drive urgency across all parties to maintain quick turnaround times
Liaise with solicitors, buyers, and vendors to keep deals moving
Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or fall-throughs
Manage a high-volume pipeline with efficiency and control
Collaborate with internal teams to maximise deal flow and completionsRequirements
Proven Sales Progressor experience
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
Comfortable working in a volume-driven, fast-paced environment
Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and earnings
Highly organised and proactiveIdeal Background
