Real influence over how the business operates What You’ll Do as a Workshop Manager Lead and manage the full workshop team (technicians, admin, reception)
Plan and control daily workflow for maximum efficiency
Be hands on to support the Vehicle technicians etc
Maintain high standards of work quality and customer service
Train, support, and motivate your team
Monitor productivity, performance, and targets
Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
Manage parts, tools, and workshop organisation
Control costs and improve overall business performance What We’re Looking For as a Workshop Manager Proven experience managing a garage or workshop
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid understanding of automotive repair operations
Highly organised and proactive
Customer-focused with excellent communication Ideal Candidate Someone who: Thinks like an owner, not just an employee
