Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based in the Leeds office

We are looking for a driven and outcome-focused Product Manager to lead the product workstream for our mergers and acquisitions activity, assessing external products and determining how they can integrate into and strengthen our existing product estate. You will work closely with the M&A team and potential acquisition targets, evaluating product fit, opportunities, and risks, and ensuring any new solutions align with our strategic direction.

Reporting into a Senior Product Manager, you will play a hands-on role in defining problems, validating opportunities, and ensuring that product decisions are grounded in research, data and real-world insight. You will work closely with engineering, design, clinical and operational teams to define solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Our tech teams keep us running 24/7 to make sure all our patients get world class service. To support that, this role may include participation in an out-of-hours rota as required by the business. We operate fair scheduling process as well as additional compensation for all on call periods.

What you’ll be doing?

Product Ownership & Roadmap Execution

· Own specific themes or initiatives within the product roadmap, aligned to the wider product strategy.

· Define and monitor success metrics for your areas of ownership, ensuring measurable outcomes.

· Identify and articulate patient, clinical and business problems through research and insight.

· Shape backlog priorities in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring work is focused on value.

· Support the Senior Product Manager in developing the broader product strategy and business case work.

Product Discovery & Definition

· Lead discovery activities within your remit to validate assumptions, define scope and explore new opportunities.

· Conduct desk research, stakeholder interviews, competitive reviews, and other analysis to inform product decisions.
