School Administrator – School Experience Required Location: Leeds Full-time | Term-time only Salary: Competitive Hourly rate Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a busy and supportive school environment? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-organised school seeking a confident and proactive School Administrator to join their team. This is a key front-facing role, so previous experience working within a school setting is essential. The Role: You will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, acting as a first point of contact for parents, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will be highly organised, personable and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the school reception and handling enquiries (phone, email and face-to-face)
• Maintaining accurate pupil records and databases
• School system knowledge (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom)
• Supporting attendance, admissions and general administrative processes
• Assisting with safeguarding and compliance documentation
• Liaising with staff, parents and external agencies
• General office duties to support the wider school team

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school office is essential
• Knowledge of school systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner
