EUSR (Persons) Site Supervisor / Foreman

Teamforce Labour is currently recruiting experienced Civils Site Supervisors for an immediate start in Leeds (LS25).
This role is suited to candidates with strong utilities/substation experience and a proven track record in supervising civils works on infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Monitoring quality of works and adherence to specifications
Liaising with site management and reporting progress
Ensuring works are completed in line with programme deadlinesScope of Works:

Ducting and troughing
Substation civils including earth mat installation, steel structures, and post insulatorsRequirements:

Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential
EUSR (Persons) – essential
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle – essential
Proven experience in substation civils works (earth mats, steel structures, post insulators)
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
Ability to effectively manage and coordinate site operatives
