What you’ll do
• Deliver a wide range of commercial surveying services
• Lead surveys, TDD, dilapidations and defect analysis
• Run refurbishment, conversion and new-build projects
• Prepare feasibility studies and condition reports
• Support colleagues and help develop client relationships
• Contribute to team growth through great service and fee generation

What you’ll bring
• MRICS qualification and strong industry experience
• Excellent technical knowledge and report writing skills
• Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships
• Strong organisation and time management
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Full UK driving licence
