What we're looking for

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
• A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children
• Confidence supporting outdoor play and nature-based activities
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A genuine interest in supporting children's wellbeing and development
• Basic understanding of safeguarding and early years practice, or willingness to learn
