Senior Repairs Coordinator
- Coordinate and oversee property repair and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to address maintenance issues effectively.
- Manage schedules and prioritise repairs to maximise efficiency and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all repair and maintenance work.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented across all projects.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of property management services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and challenges.
