- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – typically Grade C/4 or above.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Level 2, 3 or 4 qualification in Business Administration or similar
- Any Social Value‑related training, such as Social Value Portal / TOMs training, ESG, CSR or sustainability short courses (e.g., via FutureLearn, IEMA basics).
