Audit and Accounts Senior

Fantastic opportunity for an Audit and Accounts Senior to join a large, multi-site firm of Chartered Accountants, at their office based in York.

This firm offers a variety of services to their clients, ensuring they provide a well-rounded approach. From Audit and Accounts through to Corporate Finance, this firm are dedicated to providing excellent service.

As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of financial statements using FRS105, FRS102, FRS102 section 1a and group accounts.
• Assist with planning, fieldwork and completion of audits using an electronic audit file system under the guidance of a manager/partner.
• Supervision and development of junior staff.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and their staff
• Preparation of draft Corporation tax computations

To qualify for this Audit and Accounts Senior role, ideally you will meet the following:

• ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified working towards full completion.
• Experience working as an Audit and Accounts Senior or Semi-Senior in Practice.
• Experience using Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks would be advantageous.
