Specialist, Paid Social
What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance
- Manage campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and understand their unique features
- Optimise budgets, bids, and audience targeting based on performance data to improve efficiency and ROI
- Prepare and deliver detailed actionable reports, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate on cross-channel marketing efforts, ensuring paid social strategies complement broader campaigns
- Analyse performance data and apply findings to enhance campaign strategies
- Manage client relationships confidently, presenting reports and addressing queries with professionalism
- Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, placements, or audience segments to refine performance
- Identify opportunities for campaign growth, such as exploring new audiences or testing additional platforms
- Draft ad copy and coordinate with creative teams to ensure visuals align with campaign objectives
- Make creative recommendations and give creative insight to further enhance campaigns

Requirements
- You have at least three years of experience in Paid Social
- You have hands-on experience on platforms, including Meta and TikTok
- You have a passion for data and all things social
- You have proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- You understand the role Paid Social and creator content play in the wider social strategy
- You love building a rapport with people and have experience building productive relationships
- You have a natural eye for analysis
- You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology
- You’re a confident communicator, always striving to surprise and delight your clients
- You’re self-motivated and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
- You love staying on top of relevant news and trends, using this data to bring exciting creative concepts to life
