Insolvency Solicitor
The Insolvency Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
- Advising clients on contentious and non contentious insolvency matters.
- Dealing with a range of work including CVA's, liquidations, administrations and IVA's.
- Working on a range of files and supporting senior team members on high value matters.
- Taking an active role in business development
- Working closely with colleagues in other teams such as corporate.
