Legal PA/Secretary
A leading full-service law firm in Leeds is seeking a skilled and proactive Legal PA / Secretary to join their busy team.
The Role:
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. Attention to detail, discretion, and excellent organisational skills are essential.
The role offers flexible working including hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications with clients and colleagues
- Liaising with court officials and external parties as required
- Maintaining accurate and organised filing systems
- Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretary within a law firm essential
- Experience of working in an Employment Law team advantageous
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- A proactive, reliable team player with a keen eye for detail
