This role is ideal for someone who understands that progress isn’t always loud and sometimes it’s a look, a word, or a small step forward that only you notice The Role You’ll work across specialist and alternative provisions, supporting pupils who need consistency, structure, and genuine understanding. Plan and deliver personalised learning tailored to individual needs Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, and external professionals Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour with empathy and skill Why Choose This Role?
