Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial aspects of the project, including cost control, valuations, and variations
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor packages
• Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance
• Liaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the construction industry

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness
• Good understanding of construction processes, cost management, and residential projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively on-site
